　　主要功能及應用

　　喇叭口常用于冷凝器、蒸發器的管道連接以及焊接。

　　喇叭口制作應大小適宜，過大會開裂，過小接觸面不夠，要求喇叭口均勻、光滑、無劃痕、**刺。

　　管端喇叭口成型機主要利用旋壓的方式，將銅管或者鋁管的管端加工成喇叭口形狀，高速旋壓擴口，與機械式鍛打擴口相比，開口處光滑，平整，無破裂。

　　MainCharacteristics and Applications

　　Trumpet Tube End is often used in the pipeconnecting and welding of the condenser and evaporator.

　　As to the flaring shape,the size should beproper,too big size will cause crack, too small size leads to insufficientcontact area,it should be uniform, smooth, no scratches, no burr.

　　Automatic Pipe End Flaring Machine is mainlyused for machining the copper or aluminum pipe end into flaring shape by highspeed spinning and pressing way,compared with the mechanical forging way,thetube end will be much more smooth, flat, no rupture.
