ERCuSi-B硅青銅焊絲化學成分
說明:S11是含有少量錳的硅青銅焊絲,焊后具有良好的耐蝕性、耐磨性及機械性能,焊接工藝性能好。
用途:用于硅青銅、紫銅、黃銅以及鋼的氬弧焊,也可用于鋼和鑄鐵的堆焊,如重型機械及機車車輛部件摩擦面。更常用于氬弧釬焊鍍鋅鋼板,由于自身的耐蝕性好鍍鋅層的燒損少,釬焊接頭的耐蝕性能好,在汽車門框、摩托車零部件上獲得廣泛應用。

注意事項:
1. 對于熔化極氬弧焊,**采用小熔池的施焊方法,層間溫度**65,以減少熱裂紋。采用窄焊道可減少收縮應力,提高冷卻速度越過熱脆溫度范圍。
2. 采用小熔池施焊的方法,即使不預熱也可以得到較佳的效果。可進行全位置焊接,但優先選用平焊位置。
